Graduate of HEC, Jean-François began his career in auditing and corporate finance. He joined TRIBVN in 1999 to contribute to its development. Chief Executive Officer of TRIBVN Healthcare since 2016, he is in charge of the strategic direction of the company and the coordination of its growing team. His in-depth knowledge of the industry and its various members enables him to play an important commercial role and be an undisputed driver of the implementation of digital pathology both nationally and internationally.
Sébastien Woynar

Sebastien joined LBO France in 2018 bringing 15 years of international experience in the healthcare sector. Sebastien started his career in the healthcare public sector (French Ministry of Health and Paris University Hospitals General directorate). In 2010, Sebastien joined the home healthcare as Medical Director and then moving on to be Business Unit Director. Most recently Sebastien was Chronic Care Management Program Director and General Manager of CDM e-Health within Air Liquide Healthcare. Sebastien holds a Medical Degree from the University of Versailles-Saint Quentin in France and also a Doctoral Degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the USA. He was also trained at Harvard School of Public Health, at the London School of Economics and at Paris-Dauphine.

Jacques Klossa is a University graduate in Solid State Physics in Orsay. Since the 1980s, he has been interested in the dissemination of scientific and technical images. Entrepreneur and visionary, he has created several activities in the field of technical, medical, artistic and press imaging with a common point: a passion for the image and also a challenge: their diffusion. After a period at France Telecom, Jacques created TRIBVN in 1996, a company specializing in diagnostic and patrimonial imaging. The diagnostic department was spun off in 2016 and became TRIBVN Healthcare.
Philippe Chambon

Philippe Chambon, MD, PhD

In early 2018, Philippe joined LBO France, the company that financed TRIBVN Healthcare’s fundraising. He started his business career in the pharmaceutical industry, with Sandoz Pharmaceutical US affiliate and in 1993 he joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Manager. He has made numerous marquis name investments in the digital health sector over the years. In his role of Managing Director he led the spin-off of NLV from Sprout in 2005 and then the fundraising effort of 4 funds totaling over $1billion. Philippe earned an MD PhD degree from University Paris V and an MBA from Columbia University.
Francesco Ciompi

Assistant Professor of Computational Pathology at Radboud University Medical Center
After obtaining a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering and another one in Computer Vision and AI, Francesco obtained in 2012 a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Analysis. He then worked on automated image analysis for lung cancer screening in the Diagnostic Image Analysis Group of the Radboud University Medical Center. Since then, he has been working on “deep learning” methods for the automatic analysis of digital pathology whole-slide images within the same group. He is now a specialist in AI for image analysis in pathology.
Isabelle Salmon

Pathologist and Professor at the Erasme Hospital – ULB in Brussels
After obtaining her degree of Doctor of Medicine, Surgery and Childbirth in 1985 at the ULB, Isabelle specialized in pathology and obtained her diploma of Specialized Studies in pathology in 1991. Since 1999, she has been Head of the pathology department at the Erasme Hospital and also Professor of Pathology at ULB. Since 2010, she has directed the Diapath inter-faculty research center. Her research focuses on biomarkers in oncology and particularly on the characterization of the aggressiveness of astrocytomas. She is the author of more than 250 publications.

Pathologist at Cerba
Professor of pathology at the Faculty of Medicine Sorbonne University and Head of the Department of Anatomy and Pathological Cytology at Saint-Antoine Hospital since 1999, Jean-François is now a pathologist at Cerba. He is also Past-President of the French Society of Pathology and of the French University College of Pathologists, and former head of the working group on digestive diseases of the European Society of Pathology.
Saima Ben Hadj

Saima Ben Hadj

AI & Computer Vision Director at TRIBVN Healthcare
After obtaining her master’s degree in “Protocols, Networks, Image and Multimedia Systems”, Saima completed a PhD in automation and signal and image processing at the French National Institute for Research in Digital Sciences and Technologies (INRIA). From 2013 to 2014, she joined the Atomic Energy and Alternative Energies Commission. In 2015, she integrated TRIBVN Healthcare as a Research & Development Engineer in image processing. Since 2020, she has been director of the artificial intelligence and computer vision department of the company.
